What We Do

KyCOMPASS strengthens perinatal mental health care in Kentucky by giving providers, especially busy OB/GYNs, timely access to behavioral health support through three core areas.

  1. Consultation – Near real-time guidance from licensed perinatal mental health clinicians and psychiatrists to help OB/GYNs navigate complex cases, screening, and treatment decisions.
  2. Education & Training – Individualized trainings for clinics and hospitals, webinars, workshops, and toolkits to build OB/GYN and staff knowledge and confidence.
  3. Resources & Referrals – Practical tools, screening guides, and connections to local community resources to ensure patients receive the care they need.

Together, these three pillars make it easier for OB/GYNs to integrate mental health care into busy practices and improve outcomes for pregnant and postpartum patients across Kentucky.

Who We Support

KyCOMPASS is designed exclusively for Kentucky healthcare providers, not for direct patient access. Our services support providers caring for pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing mental health or substance use concerns, giving you the tools, guidance, and resources needed to provide high-quality, timely care.
